DIRECTIONS TO KATMANDU, 106 RIVERWAY, LAMMERMOOR - GPS: 25o 58.464S, 27o 52.841E
FROM THE WESTRAND:
Take the R28/ N14 and travel toward Pretoria. Turn left onto Beyers Naude (M5) towards ZWARTKOP. Now follow points 2 to 4 from Northcliff
FROM THE EASTRAND: (subject to on-going road-works)
1. Take the N12 freeway to Jhb, then the N3 off-ramp to Pretoria (Gillooly's interchange)
2. Carry on straight through the Sandton / Buccleuch interchange (but now it is called the N1) towards Randburg / Roodepoort.
3. The second of-framp (no. 95 ) is Sandton/ William Nicol Drive. Take that turn off and turn right at the traffic lights onto William Nicol Drive (R511).
4. Turn left onto the Witkoppen road (R564) and pass the 4-Ways Mall.
Now follow the directions from Bryanston / Fourways
FROM PRETORIA:
1. Take the N14/R28 to Krugersdorp. Turn right onto Malebongwe (R512). Pass the Spar and Hartford Garden Centre on your left. Pass the PROTECH sign.
Turn left at the 4-way-stop.
2. After 4.5 km, you’ll find the entrance to Lammermoor down in the dip on your left, with boom. Also see ‘FAT OLIVE’ sign. Now see point 4 from Northcliff
FROM RANDBURG:
1. Travel north on Malebongwe (R512 previously Hans Strydom). Cross over the Krugersdorp-PTA highway. Pass the Hertford shops and Garden Centre on your left. Pass the PROTECH sign.
2. Turn left at the 4-way-stop.
After 4.5 km you’ll find the entrance to Lammermoor down in the dip on your left, with boom. Also see FAT OLIVE sign. Now see point 4 from Northcliff
FROM BRYANSTON / FOURWAYS:
1. From the Witkoppen Road (R564), next to 4-Ways Mall, turn right toward LANSERIA on Cedar Avenue (R552). Travel for 8.5km until you get to a T-junction.
2. At the T-junction turn left, then immediately first right (still the R552). Travel for 3 km, go over the
4-way-stop, then after another 4.5km you’ll find the entrance to Lammermoor on your left. See ‘FAT OLIVE’ sign.
Now see point 4 from Northcliff
FROM NORTHCLIFF AND SURROUNDS:
1. Travel west on Beyers Naude, toward Honeydew. Pass Cresta on the right, cross over Western Bypass (N1), pass Lifestyle on the right, pass Ferreiras on your left. Keep going! Pass Garden World on your right, cross over the Krugersdorp-Pretoria highway.
2. Travel for 8 km. Pass EKUDENI on your left. Look for the ORIGINS sign then take the first tar road to the right. ( See loads of signposts on your left.)
3. Travel for about 800 meters……. DOWN IN THE DIP on the right hand side is the entrance to Lammermoor. Also see ‘FAT OLIVE’ sign.
4. Turn in to Lammermoor through boom gates, travel along the gravel road for about one km.
Turn first left in to RIVERWAY (not marked!) See Afrilex sign on the corner. Travel for 800 meters.
Plot 106 is on the left hand side – see long building with green roof - that's KATMANDU!
